Very healthy plants

Most of the plants still alive in my tanks today are Father Fish plants. They are just healthier than anything I've gotten anywhere else.

Stop using the post office.

I think there was an issue with the post office or they were kept in a hot car to long they were very wilted and sad looking.. the ice pack in the box was warm so that didnt last. I lost about half the order some of the plants look like they might be trying to make it the others just completely disintegrated!

Hi John,

I’m so sorry your plant pack arrived in such poor condition. It sounds like the shipment overheated during transit, and that’s definitely not what we want for you.

We’d like to reship a fresh starter pack at no cost to replace the damaged plants. Could you please confirm your current shipping address so we can get the replacement out right away?

We’ll also explore alternate carriers or upgraded packaging for your location to help prevent another heat issue. Your feedback is incredibly helpful as we work to improve shipping during warm weather.

Thank you for giving us the chance to make this right.

Best,
Father Fish

The plants I received are healthy and thriving

The plants I received are healthy and thriving. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that nothing was labeled. I dont know what Im growing, but they are growing well. LoL

All my plants came healthy and strong with a great variety.
They seem to like their new home.
Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to start a planted aquarium.
