🌿 Do I need CO₂ or fertilizer for these plants?
Nope! All of our plants are grown for deep substrate, low-tech tanks using the Father Fish Method — no bottled fertilizers, no CO₂ injection needed.
📦 How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 1 week, often sooner. Delays may occur due to weather, stock levels, or high order volume.
❄️ What if my plants arrive dead or damaged?
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plants arrive in poor condition due to USPS or weather delays, just send clear photos within 2 hours of delivery and we’ll send a one-time replacement — no return required.
🛍️ Can I return products?
We do not accept returns on live items. But if we make a mistake, we’ll always make it right — in the customer’s favor.
🐌 What’s included in a plant pack or snail mix?
Each plant pack is hand-selected for variety and balance, labeled when possible. Snail mixes include a healthy range of sizes and types ideal for algae cleanup and detritus control.
