✅ Terms of Service – Father Fish Aquarium

By purchasing from Father Fish Aquarium, you agree to the following shop policies regarding live plants, natural aquarium products, and shipping expectations:

🐟 Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival on all eligible livestock (snails, shrimp, etc.) when the following conditions are met:

  • Someone is present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt

  • An unboxing photo is emailed to us within 2 hours of delivery

  • Temperatures are between 40°F–85°F at time of arrival

  • The order was shipped using Priority Mail or faster

Store credit is issued for verified losses. Each item is covered once per order for replacement or credit.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Live plants cannot be shipped with Aqua Preta soils or supplements

  • Pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock products

  • Orders ship within 2–5 business days, weather and inventory permitting

  • We may delay shipments to ensure the health and safety of live items

🌱 Natural Aquarium Disclaimer

We follow the Father Fish Method — no CO₂, no bottled fertilizers, and no synthetic chemicals.

Each aquarium is different, and results may vary. Use our products at your own discretion and always follow natural-method best practices.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because we sell live and organic products, we do not accept returns.
If something’s wrong, reach out — we’ll make it right in your favor.
