All live plant and animal orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Express are covered under our Live Healthy Guarantee. If your order arrives in poor condition, we offer a one-time replacement or store credit when:

  • You received the order on the first delivery attempt

  • The order was shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Express
