We ship only with USPS to keep your plants safe and moving fast. No UPS. All timelines below are from the day we hand your box to USPS.

USPS Priority Mail

• Reliable 2–3 business days to most locations

• Best value for live plants

• Live Healthy Arrival Guarantee applies

USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight / 1–2 Day)

• Fastest option, ideal for extreme temps or remote areas

• Live Healthy Arrival Guarantee applies

🌱 Live Healthy Arrival Guarantee

We stand behind every live plant we ship via USPS Priority or Priority Express. If something arrives in rough shape, we’ll replace or issue store credit one time when:

• The package is received on the first delivery attempt

• You email clear photos within 2 hours of delivery

• The order was shipped Priority or Priority Express

Dry goods aren’t covered, but we’ll still help if a box is damaged in transit.

• Ship USPS Priority

• May arrive in separate shipments from live plants

• Not covered by the live guarantee

⏳ Processing Time

We pack with care. Orders usually leave within up to 7 business days depending on weather, inventory, and volume. We may hold during heat waves or cold snaps to protect your plants.

❄️ Weather & Preorders

• We reserve the right to pause live shipments during unsafe temps

• Preorder items ship as soon as they’re ready and weather permits

📨 Addresses & Delivery

• USPS delivers to PO Boxes and home addresses

• Please double-check your address — we can’t replace orders lost due to an incorrect address

• If your box is held at the post office, pick up same day to keep plants healthy
