How to use

1. Spread about 1 inch of soil across the tank bottom.
2. Cap with ~2 inches of pool filter sand (do not rinse the soil).
3. Plant heavily on day one—stems, swords, crypts; mount rhizomes (Anubias) on wood/rock.
4. Fill slowly, run a sponge filter, and avoid disturbing the cap.

Sizing tips: For tanks larger than 75 gal, use two Large bags or one Large + one Small to maintain a full 1-inch base. If coverage is a little shy of 1 inch, you can mix in a cup of plain peat or potting soil and blend well.
